Eric Saade - Hearts In The Air (Feat. J-Son)

Eric Saade, the Swedish hotness that you might have heard from Eurovision 2011, has just released an album! It is called "Saade, Vol.1" and will soon be followed by Vol.2 this year (which, according to Eric, is because he has too many good songs that he has to split it into 2 parts!). The lead single for the album is "Hearts In The Air" was co-written by Eric himself and it's another great piece of modern euro pop music. Same as Popular, the song sounds unbelievable catchy (well, that's what the Swedish's good at, isn't it?) and has the want-to-sound-cool-but-in-fact-really-cheesy lyric but why Eric always has to make HORRIBLE videos to good songs is beyond me. So yeah, it's just basically good pop music & Eric's hotness here to enjoy!

Calvin Harris Featuring Kelis - Bounce

What can i say about Calvin Harris, I really like him and i really hate him at the same time but i have to admit that he's fucking talented, he always come up with the unpredictable sound and all of his songs are amazing!
His latest single "Bounce" is another triumphant from Calvin. The song, which features the ever-so-cool Kelis, was based around an amazingly catchy 8bit sound loop that shifts my mood right to the 90 disco glitter. The song starts with Kelis smoothly command you to bounce over that sound loop and then explodes into the euphoria of electronic sounds. The first time I heard this song I instantly thought of "La Passion" by Gigi D'Agostino which shares a quite similar structure to "Bounce". Though the song is very successful and critically-acclaimed, we will have to wait for the next 12 months before Calvin drops his new album. Hmm why so long Calvin?

Call Your Girlfriend

The final single (probably) from Robyn's "Body Talk" series and it is still as amazing as the previous releases. We often see Robyn being alone, heartbroken, dancing on her own on the floor, being cheated on... but "Call Your Girlfriend" is about being the third person in a relationship and she's showing the guy how to minimalize the damages for his girlfriend. I love the compassion Robyn felt for the "girlfriend", it is like she's been in that position before, she's been cheated on before and she totally understood how the "girlfriend" feels.
The video of this song has just been released last week, it is another great work of Robyn. It is just Robyn dancing moving on her own but it is still very interesting and keep your eyes at it.

Golden Skans

This song suddenly popped up on my iTunes today while I was shuffling. it's been 5 years already but I still have the same raving, euphoric feeling when this song turned up so I thought I'd share it with you guys today.

THE KLAXONS is an indie band from the UK. "Golden Skans" is their most successful single to date (and their best too, IMO). This song is about the feeling when they're on stage. When they get hit by the light, that is the moment they forget all about everything (future plans, house of records, relics & desciple..) they just live for the moment, bring all their young to the stage.

The musicvideo of this song is also very special, one of the best of all time, I think. It was beautiful, inpsiring & homoerotic (well, certainly, cuz they're gay ).

"Golden Skans", without a doubt, is one of the finest Britain's indie exports.

Hi everyone! This is my first post here, in my new music blog The Art Of Noises. This is going to be the blog where I share all my music favourites to you all. It's not gonna be the page where you can update your Billboard Hot 100 lists, newest releases or World's at the moment top hits but it's gonna be my personal favourites which I want to share with you.

For a start, today I'm gonna pick a very special piece of music. If you are a fashionista then you might find this familiar. This piece is the music from Christian Dior Haute Couture Spring Summer 2011 show. The track is the mix of Amanda Jenssen's "Our Time" with Michael Nyman's famous piece "Prospero's Magic" from the play "Prospero's Books". Well I don't happen to have the original piece that Dior used in their show but I have these two songs as individual so I mixed them up, merged them together like Dior did and it sounds pretty great.

Like the fashion collection, this track sounds very dramatic with the use of strings, heartbroken melody and the beautiful and melanchonic voice of Amanda Jenssen (she's a singer from Sweden, her album "Happyland" is pretty amazing).

Hope you'll enjoy it as much as I did.
